Ruff Mudder is a training company that helps small dogs and their owners take on big-dog adventures—like hiking and sport training—together. The brand needed to capture that sense of adventure while staying approachable and fun.

The identity centers on the tagline “Small Dogs Like Hikes, Too!” with a rugged, confident primary font that conveys strength and energy. A smaller, clean secondary font balances the system, inviting people to lean in and learn more.

To bring the brand to life, I designed a running dog icon with mud flying behind it—creating movement, playfulness, and an instant connection to the outdoors. The result is a bold, energetic identity that celebrates little dogs with big spirit.
